Here, you'll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our mobile restroom trailers and services.   • Why choose Picture Perfect Potty Company?
    We are upping the game when it comes to outdoor event restroom facilities. Why settle for a construction site restroom trailer, or worse... an unhygienic eyesore porta potty? With the Picture Perfect Potty, your guests will enjoy large, private, stylish interior spaces, with a custom "tiny-home inspired" exterior appearance.
  • How many guests can the PPP accommodate?
    Our trailer can accommodate events of up to 350 guests, depending on length of event.
  • What's included?
    Our trailer will be delivered to you thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, antibacterial hand soap, air freshener, trash cans and trash bags. Upgraded Bath and Body Works hand soaps and room sprays are available for an additional charge.
  • What are the water and power requirements?
    We can connect the trailer to a normal water spigot within 100 ft of the trailer. To power the trailer, there must be 2 separate dedicated 110v outlets on separate circuits within 100 ft of the trailer. If there is no water and/or power available, the unit’s 225-gallon freshwater holding tank can be filled, and it can be powered by a quiet Honda generator set up discreetly near the trailer. All power cords and hoses are provided and connected during set-up.
  • How far in advance do I need to rent the Picture Perfect Potty?
    Our first unit will be in service for the Spring 2023 event season. We will be working diligently on custom builds to add to our fleet. The trailers are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a deposit.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    Picture Perfect Potty Co provides free delivery within a 75 mile radius of our Hillsboro location. Delivery beyond this radius will incur a reasonable delivery surcharge. Please contact us and provide the specific delivery address to determine whether a delivery surcharge is applicable.
  • What types of payment are accepted?
    Payment can be made by EBT, cash app, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or any major credit or debit card (additional 3% processing fee applies for credit cards). Information regarding these payment options will be provided on the emailed invoice at the time of reservation.
  • How do I maintain the Picture Perfect Potty during my event?
    The Picture Perfect Potty will be fully set up at your desired location upon delivery. We will show you all the basics...such as lighting controls, heat/ac, where to find additional supplies, how to lock up after the event, etc. Clients are responsible for basic upkeep, such as adding paper products and removing trash when necessary. If you prefer, we will provide a uniformed or formally attired attendant for an additional fee. Client is responsible for any damages to the trailer from drop off until retrieval. If extreme/deep cleaning (above and beyond what would be caused by normal use) is required, additional fees will be incurred.
  • Does someone need to be available at the time of delivery?
    Yes, because we’ll need instruction on where to set up, and we will need to go over the unit with the client. Complex decor setups may be completed the day before or day of the event, depending on individual event details and circumstances. We understand how hectic planning and executing an event can be, and will work individually with each client to accommodate their needs and schedule, making the restroom rental experience just as pleasant as it is picture perfect.
  • Where can the Picture Perfect Potty be placed?
    Safe delivery and proper setup requires a relatively level and dry area, 22x12 ft minimum, with an access route that provides 12 ft of vertical clearance from overhanging tree branches.
  • Is there a rental agreement?
    Yes. We will send a simple form via email. It is simple to review and sign via e-signature and return via email. No printing and faxing...we want this process to be as simple as possible for our clients. Please note that for legal reasons, we cannot reserve the trailer until we receive the signed rental agreement and security deposit.
  • What areas does PPPC serve?
    We love a good road trip! We serve Jefferson County, St Louis City, St Louis County, St Charles County, Franklin County, Washington County, Crawford County, St Francois County, St Genevieve County, and parts of Iron, Madison, and Perry Counties. Delivery within a 75-mile radius of our Hillsboro location is included in the base price. We charge a reasonable mileage fee for locations outside of our 75-mile radius.
  • My event is not fancy. Do you offer an affordable, basic rental option?
    Yes. Our basic rental is specially priced for the 2023 season at only $2000 (excluding holiday weekends) and can accommodate events of up to 400 guests. This price includes all soap, air freshener, and paper products, delivery, pick-up, waste disposal, and cleaning fees. Follow us on our socials for occasional discounts and specials as well!
